Awesome! If it's good enough to put on sandwiches, that's enough of a success for me, haha.

That's how I'd like to see it! I think next time, I'd use less seeds and more mustard powder and maybe add more liquid. That should make it easier to blend and get a smoother consistency. A local Indian grocery also had mustard seeds available in bulk for cheap, so I might try this again!
