As a big fan of the Windows Phones back when Microsoft absorbed Nokia, I was continuously skeptical about any Surface phones. Seeing the first Duo only support two major Android OS upgrades raised a brow, and now this. Microsoft just does not stick to many of their hardware guns. I'm honestly surprised the other Surface products have lived on and lasted as long as they have. -
Let me tell you, as a former Microsoft employee and a pretty big fan of the brand in general (Windows as well as the hardware like Xbox and Surface), this makes me really, really sad. Getting rid of Panos Panay was a horrible mistake.Comment
