    I seem to remember Randy Linden releasing the source for SNES Doom on Github awhile back, but this was just recently put out on the Internet Archive. Let's be clear that while I'm nostalgic about SNES Doom, it is probably one of the worst versions you could play today. But they really did do all they could to make this game run on a SNES, and the story behind it is fascinating. Here's a related video featuring an interview with Randy Linden:



    EDIT: My memory is correct. But these disk images may prove useful to historians and developers anyway!
