Emrich is one of those creators who crosses over two of my interest (PC games and board games), so I've seen his passing mentioned a few time. As I understand it, he was critical in the development of Master of Orion, but didn't actually get design credit. In recent years, I know Emrich had some struggles but his contributions are undeniable. RIP.
